How long have you worked at Jacksons?
I’ve been with Jackson Geo Services since its conception 5 years ago, having previously worked in various roles at other contractors and consultancies since 2002.
What do you enjoy most about your role or working here?
I particularly enjoy the staff development side of my role. Training people and watching them grow and become an integral part of the team is incredibly rewarding.
What projects or work are you most proud of?
I have worked on many schemes so its hard to pick one, however the Talbot Green new town centre development is a standout project for me as I had the opportunity to shape my own local community. It’s still novel to remember where the boreholes and trial pits were when I pop into Sainsburys to buy a pint of milk!
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Outside of work I am keen hockey player, representing Wales at Masters level and playing for Penarth Men’s Hockey Club. I also enjoy family time, particularly supporting my daughters dancing at various competitions around the country.
